Jeff has embraced several roles during the course of his career. He began as a graphic artist in 1992 during the desktop publishing revolution. It was a short period of time before he was promoted to graphic design manager, a position he embraced for 10 years. In 1996 Jeff created the first website in the Marine Corps which eventually grew to become the primary marketing tool for MCCS with well over 3 million visitors annually. His skills and experience with both graphic design and front-end web development led to his becoming full-time chief technology officer & webmaster in 2009. Jeff also served as the company’s Apple Macintosh IT support person for over 20 years.
Towards the end of 2013 the Marine Corps was subjected to budget cutbacks and Jeff’s position evolved into one that no longer fully utilized his skills and experience. In 2014 he made the tough choice to leave the company he had worked with for over 21 years and relocated to Norman, Oklahoma where his three daughters reside. Since that time Jeff has been taking on freelance design and web development projects and has exhibited and sold his artwork locally and online.
Currently in 2017 Jeff is looking to find the next great team of people to work with. He seeks to find a position where he can not only leverage his existing skills and experience but also grow, learn and collaborate with others as part of a progressive, forward looking company/organization.
